Formats

  • In-person — venue, city, and door policy required.
  • Virtual — webcast and/or live audio URL for members who RSVP.
  • Hybrid — physical venue plus live audio or webcast for remote attendees.

Live audio & webcast

  • Enable live audio for member-only audio rooms or talkback during virtual/hybrid events.
  • Provide a webcast URL for video streams — tribe-gated when the event is invite-only.
  • Do not share access links publicly outside the platform if the event is gated.

Match format to reality. Hybrid means both a real venue and a working remote feed — not a recording passed off as live.
